A few weeks ago, I was a guest on the 'Wellness Walks' podcast hosted by Hannah Bright Wellness and had an absolute cracker of a time!
Hannah and I discussed all things wellness, mental health, self-care and the importance of creating those little moments of stillness throughout the day.
I also spoke to Hannah about the importance of burning soy wax candles as opposed to paraffin wax candles as well as the risks associated with fragrance oils used in most well known big candle brands... yes looking at you Jo....
